We are looking for a personable, confident person to work closely with the owners and maintain all financial records working with Quickbooks.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with Quickbooks to perform accounting duties to include daily sales reconciliation of all stores, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bi-weekly payroll of staff, filing of taxes on bi-weekly, tax forms monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Maintain records of consignments received from customers
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries from vendors regarding billing
  • Reconcile receivers to invoices


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and minimum of 5 years bookkeeping and payroll experience
  • Proficient with Quickbooks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with office management and working directly with owners

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to anticipate and manage changing workflow
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer, analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills
